Delivery Information
 

Parcels over 1 meter will incur additional shipping charges. Deliveries outside of the UK are subject to international postage charges. All shipments are sent via tracked and sometimes tracked and signed for delivery, dependent on value. Products are dispatched within 3 working days and our standard free UK service will be delivered within 5 working days. International shipping times may vary. 
 
If you require faster UK delivery, please contact us to discuss.
 
Please ensure somebody is available to take your delivery or alternative arrangements are in place. Deliveries will be attempted up to a maximum of 3 (three) occasions. If you aren't available to take delivery after this time the delivery will be reattempted or returned and you will be liable to surcharge as a result. All UK deliveries will be made between Monday and Saturday inclusive.
 
For non-mainland UK shipments, Buyer is responsible for any import clearance and any applicable local taxes or import duties.
